DHgate.com is a Chinese based selling hub, where factory owners & individuals advertise their goods. They are very good for shipping pretty much anything. But what I will say now, is if you are after branded Mobile Phones (Cell Phones) then you are probably going to be disappointed. Many people when they first start out in wholesale think that they can pick up iPhone & top spec Nokia's like N95's & N97's for next to nothing. These items are very strictly distributed & you usually will need a retail store in which to sell such items. So don't expect to pick up a IPhone 3GS for $150 each. However, there ARE some sellers on DHgate that sell Blackberry phones that are the real deal. I have also seem some genuine Nokia & Samsung models although these are usually mid-spec models. As with all trading online use common sense. If say a Nokia N95 is being advertised at $99 new, boxed etc. then you can rest assured that it will probably be a copy or a clone of the original.
Apart from consumer electronics DHgate has provided me with some good products that I have successfully been selling online for along time now. One of my favourites to sell on are the 'As Seen On TV ' range. This range is huge & you usually find this items on 'infomercial' channels like QVC here in the UK. You can buy Slap Chops , FURminators , Snuggie Fleece Blankets , Slendertone System Abs , Nicer Dicers.. just to name a few. There are literally hundreds of products you can sell from this range & the prices leave plenty of room for any profit.

Sporting Goods.. there is anything for anybody on DHgate to get you started in selling online. Even if you are a market trader or do Car Boot sales, you will find some great items to sell on for a nice profit. Another good thing about DHgate is that almost all the sellers offer 'drop shipping' services, and there are also many 'factory sellers' whom sell direct from the factory thus cutting out the middle man & making you more profit.

I haven't spoken about what payment DHgate accept, so here we go. DHgate offer 'Escrow' payments on EVERY purchase. Escrow is a payment method where by you pay DHgate for what ever item you have purchased and they then release the payment to the seller when the item has been successfully delivered to you or your customers/clients. They accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Bank Transfers & Western Union. I always use Paypal & Google Checkout for obvious reasons.
